CrossFit Tempered Ormeau is the only licensed CrossFit Affiliate in the Ormeau area.

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, movements that you find in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying and sprinting. We train in small supportive groups who motivate each other and instruction is by qualified coaches at ALL sessions. Do not be led astray by non-qualified, non-affiliated, cheap rip offs by Personal Trainers and Boot Camps, this is the real deal.

Getting started with us is simple!

 

The first step is to book your FREE introductory class held weeknights at 7:30pm. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, find out firsthand what we do, who we are and you will also do a small WOD (Workout Of the Day). If you enjoy the Introduction Class then the next Step is our Elements Course.

 

The second step is the Elements Course, three classes over one week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday night at 6:30pm. The Elements Course will get you ready to join the main classes, you will learn about basic Nutrition, Mobility and how to perform fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively. If on completion of the Elements Course you, and we, decide that CrossFit Tempered Ormeau is for you, then your next step is to become a member and get into the group sessions.

 

We welcome you to make an appointment with us so that you may come in and see firsthand who we are, and what we do!

 

CrossFit Tempered Ormeau also offer personalised coaching for those that may not enjoy the group training atmosphere. These sessions are only by appointment, please contact us for further details.

FREE CrossFit Introduction Class

Our FREE Introduction Class is held on weeknights nights at 7:30pm. Please check our schedule to find the next available. If these times do not suit please Contact Us to make an alternative time.

Bookings are essential and can be made Online, or alternately Contact Us for further details.

CrossFit Elements Course

The CrossFit Tempered Elements Course is three one hour classes over one week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday night at 6:30pm. This is completed after our FREE Introduction Class. The Elements Course prepares you for the Main classes by covering basic Nutrition, Mobility and how to perform fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively. This is a mandatory part of our induction plan, if you are unable to make our regular times we can schedule them to suit.

Adult CrossFit Classes

Adult CrossFit classes are for all adults and older teens from 15 years old. The classes are limited in size and an online booking system is used to guarantee places. The adults at our box are a great bunch of people from all walks of life, and at all different fitness levels.

All Weekdays 5am, 6am, 9:00am, 4pm, 5:15pm, & 6:30pm.
Saturday 6:30am & 8:30am

HIIT (High Intensity Training Class)

This is a once a week HIIT class to optimise fat burning! Our HIIT class is open to the public ($25) and included for our members, online bookings are essential. Please arrive 5-10min early for new clients.
